Returns Policy

Website accepts items for refund or exchange on faulty products from 30 days of the original order date. All we ask is that these products are unopened and unused.

Faulty items will be replaced or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase unless otherwise stated in the product specification.

Please ensure you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office upon dispatch and keep this in a safe place. We cannot accept responsibility for any items returned without a certificate of posting.

Should your item is returned to us in an opened or used condition, we will have no choice but to decline your refund and the item may be disposed of.

We reserve the right to charge 15% re-stocking fee on all non-faulty returns.


If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please email our queries section immediately, quoting your full name and address, and the order number which appears in your order confirmation. Please note that you should assume that the order might be dispatched immediately from the point that you have transferred the funds to our bank account, and once an order has been dispatched it can neither be amended nor canceled. However, by calling us you greatly reduce the risk of this happening.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that you include your order number on all bank transfers, failure to do so may cause delays in shipping your order.
